BetWoon KYC Verification Process
BetWoon runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method used on the account belongs to you. Verification is typically triggered when you request a withdrawal, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach internal thresholds, or when account activity is flagged for a manual review.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Upload one valid government document: passport, national ID card, or driving licence. BetWoon checks the full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and that the photo matches the account holder. Images must be in colour, uncropped, readable, and show all four corners; blurred photos and screenshots from another screen are rejected.
- Address proof: Provide a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and current residential address. Accepted examples include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), bank or card statement, or a government letter. BetWoon rejects documents that donโt match the profile address, are older than the allowed window, or show only a PO box.
- Payment method: If you deposit by bank card, BetWoon may request a photo of the card used. Keep the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and cover the middle digits; cover the CVV on the back. If you use an e-wallet or bank transfer, BetWoon requests a screenshot or PDF showing your name and the account identifier (wallet email/ID or bank account details) plus the transaction that funded the casino account.
Processing time depends on queue and document quality. A straightforward KYC file clears in 1โ24 hours; cases that need re-uploads or a manual compliance review typically take 1โ3 business days. BetWoon pauses withdrawals until KYC is approved, and any mismatch in name, DOB, or payment ownership extends the timeline.
Current status: BetWoon uses a standard three-part KYC flow (identity, address, payment). Most delays come from unclear images, outdated proof of address, or payment details that donโt match the account holder.
